How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link through email, which will allow you to track your order.
How do I return the product?
You may return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Ship the product to us with the bill in the same condition as you received it. Visit our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy page to know more.
Can I exchange a product if I ordered the wrong size?
We only exchange damaged and defective products. You can return that product and make a fresh order for the product you want. For more details on exchange, please visit our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy page.
Shipping and Delivery
Do we offer COD?
We offer COD facility to customers who have signed in to http://supplyonline.com/. You can conveniently pay through credit/debit/cash at the time of delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We will provide you with a tracking number over email once your order is ready to ship. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@supplyonline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Payment Security
Is my credit card information safe with you?
We take stringent measures to protect your credit card information. While placing your order, you transmit your order and credit card information onto our secure server. We use Secure Sockets Layer Software (SSL) at our secure server to receive encrypted information by your web browser. What is a credit card ID number (CCID) and why do you need it?
A CCID is a multi-digit numeric code present on your credit card for identification purposes. We ask for this information when you place an order to secure your transaction and credit card information.
Do you charge sales tax on online purchases?
No. We follow a 0% sales tax policy for all the states of the U.S except Texas.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover Cards.
Can I purchase items not listed on your website?
Our extensive inventory covers a wide range of products, but if you require a specific item not currently listed on our website, we're happy to assist in locating it. We can source products from the manufacturers we already partner with.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you provided your order hasn't been shipped yet.
Can I place an order outside of your office hours?
Absolutely! Our online store is available for order placement 24/7. While our customer service representatives are reachable by phone Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, you can conveniently place orders at your leisure.
What if I am tax exempt?
For orders outside of Texas:
You automatically benefit from tax-exempt status on your purchase.
For orders within Texas:
If you are tax-exempt in the state of Texas, please submit your tax exemption form along with your order number to online@supplyonline.com. This will ensure your order is processed without sales tax.
