Return and Refund Policy
Return:
Thanks for purchasing products from https://supplyonline.com/. To make your shopping experience hassle free, we offer a 30-day risk-free refund policy to our customers. You must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. Once we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Also, please be sure to attach the receipt as proof of purchase with the returned product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund:
We will notify you after receiving your product. You will again be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund after the review of your returned product by our inspection team. We will process your refund amount thereafter and transfer it into the original source of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must mail images of the damaged/defective product to online@supplyonline.com within 30 days of purchase. We will notify you after the approval of your exchange request. Ship us the product with proof of purchase receipt and we will send the undamaged/undefective product after receiving the damaged/defective one.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $99, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
