Shipping Policy
Whether you are planning for a bathroom upgrade, annual house or office repair or want to fix a leaking pipe or faucet, all your home improvement products are just a click away. We offer free standard ground shipping and residential delivery to our customers on orders above $99. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address in continental US only. AK/HI responsible for freight costs.Shipments that do not qualify for ground shipping due to size will incur a shipping cost; please contact customer service for a freight quote.
For orders under $99, we charge $9.70 as a flat shipping charge. We also provide expedited ground and air United Parcel Service (UPS) on selected products. Shipping rates of UPS vary depending on the weight of the product. You can check the shipping rates at the time of checkout.
We will contact you via email you provided at the checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Oversized & Low-Value Items – Shipping Fee Notice
Some products in our store do not qualify for free shipping due to one of the following reasons: - Oversized or overweight dimensions that require special handling or carrier surcharges - Low-value items where standard shipping costs exceed the product price For these items, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Supply Online is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility for the package shifts to the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier or file a claim with them if you have any issues with your delivery. To protect yourself from package theft, consider requiring a signature upon delivery (available in our checkout screen), using a security camera system, and implementing a secure lockbox, as well as contacting the delivery company if a package is stolen. By proactively utilizing these services and precautions, you can significantly reduce the risk of package theft and ensure a more secure delivery experience.
Damage and Shortages:
We must be notified of any damage or shortage claims within 72 hours of delivery. Supply Online is responsible for the replacement of the product only. We are not responsible for any labor costs, service charges, or other expenses incurred in the removal, shipping, or reinstallation of the product.
Clearance Policy:
Clearance pricing is only available if the product is shipped from the clearance branch. In order to confirm if your order qualifies for the clearance price, please contact the Supply Online team at 940-331-6300.
