HoldRite HydroFlame 100 is an elastomeric water based single component non-sag firestop sealant with low intumescent qualities. It is convenient for areas and conditions where dynamic movement is expected. A perfect firestop sealant for new and existing penetrations through interior rated gypsum, concrete, and block walls as well as rated concrete floors, concrete over metal decking floors, and wood floor ceiling assemblies. When properly installed, HydroFlame 100 will prevent the passage of smoke, gases, and flames through openings around penetrating items. HydroFlame 100 is ready to be dispensed out of the package and does not require thinning or mixing. It is simple to install and can be dispensed out of any standard caulking gun or bulk loader that is designed for 10, 20, or 30-ounce packaging. Additionally, it can easily be troweled out of a 5-gallon bucket. HydroFlame 100 UL systems are rated up to 4 hours as tested in conformance to ASTM E814 or UL 1479 and CAN/ULC-5115.
